Integrated ball mill end cover

The ball mill head, collectively known as the ball mill end cap and trunnion, is a structure in which the end cap and trunnion are cast as one piece and located at each end of the ball mill, covering the ends of the mill housing. This structure reduces manufacturing steps, cutting processes and cutting surfaces, and reduces raw material consumption. During installation, the ball mill head, with the end cap and trunnion cast as one piece, is welded directly to the mill housing, providing a reliable connection and saving time and effort.

Split ball mill end cover

The split ball mill end cover is made by casting the end cover and the trunnion separately and then assembling them during the ball mill assembly process. It effectively avoids various defects that may occur when the trunnion and the end cover are co-cast. The split ball mill end cover structure is more suitable for large diameter ball mills.
