Recently, a two-person team of experienced mining equipment procurement professionals from Spain visited our mill liner production base for inspection and exchange. The purpose of this visit was to verify our manufacturing capabilities, technological R&D level, and quality control system, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation and expansion into the high-end European market. Our Foreign Trade Director, Technical Director, and Production Manager accompanied the client throughout the visit, providing professional explanations and meticulous service, which earned high praise from the client.
To ensure a successful and efficient visit, the company conducted multi-dimensional preparations in advance. We provided bilingual translation services in Spanish and English to avoid communication barriers; we also conducted preliminary research on the client's core needs, learning that they primarily sought wear-resistant liners suitable for large mining ball mills. At the beginning of the visit, the Technical Director introduced the Spanish client to the company's development history, production capacity, and core technological advantages, emphasizing the application value of mill liners in mining and metallurgical industries, as well as the customized solutions developed by the company for the European market. The client expressed recognition of our years of technical accumulation in the field of wear-resistant materials, paying particular attention to the material formulation and production process details of the liners. In the foundry workshop, the client witnessed firsthand the dual-smelting process of high-chromium alloy liners—the coordinated operation of a medium-frequency induction furnace and an LF refining furnace—and expressed deep admiration. Subsequently, the team accompanied the client on a tour of the molding and core-making, casting and solidification, heat treatment, and finishing workshops, with the client focusing particularly on the production processes of the cast liners.
Following the site visit, both parties held in-depth business negotiations in the conference room. The Foreign Trade Director, considering the characteristics of the European market, introduced the company's export service system, including order production cycles, logistics and distribution solutions, and after-sales technical support. He emphasized the ability to optimize the liner structure design and material selection based on the Spanish client's mining conditions, providing "one-on-one" customized services. The client raised questions regarding product wear resistance testing standards, bulk order delivery cycles, and EU environmental compliance, based on their specific procurement needs. The technical and business teams provided detailed answers to each question. The client expressed satisfaction with the visit: "The factory's production capabilities, technological level, and quality control fully meet our requirements for a high-end liner supplier. We look forward to working with your company to provide reliable wear-resistant solutions for European mining projects."

This visit and exchange with the Spanish client not only showcased the company's core competitiveness in mill liner products and its international service capabilities but also built a bridge for in-depth cooperation between Chinese and Spanish enterprises. Moving forward, the company will actively expand into the European market to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results with global clients.
