In the workshop this June, waves of heat surged from the mouths of the melting furnaces, as is typical for the season. Yet today, the heat carried an unexpected—and welcome—air of anticipation. We were hosting partners from Australia who had traveled a long way to visit us. They hadn't come merely for a tour; they wanted to see for themselves how the castings—clearly defined on blueprints—took shape through a complex series of processes, eventually transforming into the substantial, finished products delivered to the customer.
After donning safety shoes and hard hats, the Australian Technical Director, Emma, led the way into the sand processing line. He crouched down to test the moisture of the molding sand with his fingers and carefully examined the readings on the compactibility gauge. At the grinding station, workers didn't speed up just because visitors were present; they maintained their steady, established rhythm, using pneumatic grinders to meticulously remove burrs from the casting parting lines. One veteran craftsman didn't even look up to greet the guests—as if the outside world ceased to exist, and his entire focus was on the workpiece in his hands. It was precisely this almost stubborn dedication that earned frequent nods of approval from the Australian clients. Later, he observed the sampling and testing process performed by the furnace-side analyst. When the spectrometer screen displayed the carbon, silicon, and manganese content within seconds, he immediately gave a thumbs-up. Emma remarked that it is rare to see such a seamless, end-to-end workflow—from molten iron to finished product—back in Australia.
In the afternoon, a meeting was held at our Kunming office to discuss price quotes for NM500 blades, blow bars, and stainless steel chains. Regarding the stainless steel chains, the materials (2205 and 440) and technical specifications had already been communicated to the client, and the pricing was finalized. The client placed a sample order on the spot, noting that they would inspect the samples before proceeding to mass production; they also requested the addition of U-shaped fastening clips. They were delighted with the visit and found it highly productive; a strong friendship was forged, and a partnership was established.

We welcome more friends from overseas to visit our workshop. We aren't ones for flowery language or self-promotion, but please believe this: every detail you see is the result of the genuine, dedicated work we put in every single day.
